The professional services undertaken by the Practice have developed since its origins and now embrace the roles of Cost Manager, Procurement Manager, Commercial Manager and Project Manager together with Risk Management, Planning Supervisor services, Value Engineering and Dispute Resolution/Expert Witness services.

Project Management and related services are executed by Nigel Rose Management Limited, which is wholly owned by the Limited Liability Partnership.

The Practice aims to match its services to the Client's needs and places particular emphasis on the achievement of the Client's cost, time and quality objectives.
